Chipotle Nutrition Calculator

Ever wondered about the nutritional value of Chipotle burritos? I eat there all the freakin time and figured they couldn’t be too bad. My standard burrito includes chicken, rice, tomato salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Not great but not too bad, right?

Wrong. It comes out to about one and a half Big Macs.

At least according to this (unofficial) Chipotle Nutrition Calculator.

A little scary but it won’t stop me from going.

    RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE!!!!!

    calories AREN’T EVIL!

chipotle is miles ahead of two big macs…

    *especially* for active/athletic people

learn 2 nutrition before you spread your misinformation

(I myself am in the process of becoming an L-ATC… I know what I speak of)

upon further consideration, I decided that my viewpoint comes from that of helping athletes…

and athletes need between 1.5 and 2 times as many calories as the average joe….

and sodium isn’t harmful if coupled with water (which athletes drink lots of)…

however, even for a normal person, a chipotle burrits is WAY better than 1.5 big macs
