U20s Crash and Burn

For those of you who do not regularly follow the game of soccer, the US men's under-20 team was just bounced from the World Youth Championships in the Netherlands. Usually this isn't big news since the US has never been regarded as a soccer power but the future certainly looks bright.

Will we really be the next soccer superpower? Probably not (at least near term) but when ESPN starts running headlines that read "Adu, U.S. under-20s crash out of youth worlds", the change in tone from indifference to disappointment is obvious.
